Founded in September of 2003 by Elizabeth Orley, it has grown to encompass a stronghold in internet digital marketing strategy. We work with a variety of business footprints both nationally and locally in Ohio. Elizabeth Ink developed the targeted strategy for improving brand visibility in digital platforms. We have contributed to national marketing campaigns in print, web, and television. Our team has decades of combined marketing strategy, graphic design, content writing and social media experience.

Master & Commander
Elizabeth is a 2002 graduate of the University of Arizona. She completed her undergraduate studies on the National Dean’s List and honor roll. She was also selected as a member of Phi Alpha Theta (honors fraternity.)
Soon after graduation Elizabeth was recruited to work in brand awareness, deploying marketing campaigns through Euro RSCG Impact in Atlanta, GA. She spent several years marketing products for Fortune 500 companies improving brand visibility and development. She has been working in brand awareness and marketing for over a decade. Her focus on developing digital marketing strategies is the reason behind Elizabeth Ink.
In her spare time…. Elizabeth is the mother of 2 boys and orchestrates her duties as “Household Engineer.” She also maintains a gluten-free blog (very poorly it is the cobbler with no shoes scenario) that she created to help others with healthy gluten-free diet. In addition, she writes for MOGUL, an international platform for women. On MOGUL, she is proud to be selected as a Global Ambassador contributing articles for women around the world. She was also a Greater Akron Chamber Ambassador and sits on the committee for the Professional Businesswomen’s Summit which she co-founded.

With 30 years experience in all aspects of marketing communications, Bill Mann, Executive Creative Director and Director of Marketing, delivers valuable insight into strategic planning and brand building. He has a strong general advertising background, with specialization in promotional marketing, and collateral. Mr. Mann spent 15 years working as a Creative Director in Chicago and New York with Coca-Cola, Sprint, GuinnessUDV, Kraft Foods and General Electric included on his multi-million dollar account roster.
Bill Mann’s experience as a proven strategic marketer and lead creative on high profile accounts are a crucial asset our management structure. Mann has received numerous awards including the Ad Industries highest honors.
SEO Wordsmith & Content Writer
Penelope writes SEO articles and website content for small businesses who want their Google search rankings to surge to the top of page one. Penelope is a proud alumna of the University of Akron, where she earned undergraduate degrees in English and French as well as a Master’s degree in English. A wordsmith by trade, she has spent the last twelve years teaching college writing and offering independent writing and editing services to a variety of clients, including fiction and non-fiction authors, educators, attorneys, engineers, and small business owners who want to make their writing shine.
As a longtime resident of Medina, Penelope enjoys fending off the neighborhood bunnies and deer who try to forage in her garden, teaching herself new crafts, and exploring the world with her family.
Customer Service & Marketing Rockstar
Stefanie’s career has been a collection of exceptional customer experiences. After receiving a degree from Grove City College on the Dean’s List with Distinction in Elementary Education, she began substitute teaching. Shortly thereafter, Stefanie took her talents to a company specializing in educational trips for middle and high schools. At Nowak Tour and Travel, Stefanie shared her passion for travel with students, parents and teachers by coordinating educational trips to Washington D.C., Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Toronto, and many more. It was always important for her to consider the student’s safety, education, and that they went home with lasting memories.
More recently, Stefanie proved she could “rock” customer service at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum with five years of marketing and sales. She split her time between the Rockin’ the Schools reservations, an award winning music educational program, and coordinating a variety of Rock Hall special events. As the representative of the Rock Hall at events that ranged from private weddings and corporate events to Rock Hall festivals/concerts or exhibit openings, she interacted with bride mothers, CEOs, students, television producers, political figures, Deadheads and the talent. In 2012 she directed the efforts of 50 volunteers to execute a week long schedule of events that culminated in the Induction Ceremony. For her efforts at the Rock Hall, she graced the cover of CBC Magazine as one of the best young event coordinators in Cleveland. After deciding to leave the rock and roll lifestyle to rock her babies, at the request of the Rock Hall she returned for the 2015 Induction Ceremony.
Since ending her time at the Rock Hall to chase her three little boys, Stefanie has continued to refine her patience as it relates to customer service. She continues as an independent wedding and corporate event planner/consultant, a Vacation Bible School volunteer, and is occasionally retained by the Rock Hall for specific projects. The experience in each of these positions has built a strong customer oriented base, and Stefanie strives to leave her customers wanting to work together again.
